We provide free support resources:

  • Help files are included with each distribution and can help with basic questions.
  • Additionally each distribution contains lost of working samples and templates. Please use them to jump start your development.
  • A knowledge base summarize information about downloads, FAQs, documentation, tutorials, change log and roadmap. Most recent software updates and releases are also listed there.
  • Many questions are answered at FAQ section. You can also try to find useful information in the change log. Critical defects that are fixed are mentioned there.
  • Major requests for improvements are included in the roadmap. Knowledge base summaries all information above and serves as entry point for advance searches.
  • Please make use of the forum where other people might have discussed your issue and possible resolutions.
  • A bug tracking system contains information for all registered bugs (ether open or closed).
